Everything in rc23, plus scattered props a game can find and highlight one at a time, and beams that bow.

Scattered props, one at a time

• scatter.instance(source, id) finds one prop by the id scatter.near gave it, where it has settled: its position, up, yaw, scale and param. It answers nil once the prop is removed.
• scatter.setTint(source, id, { tint, emissive, emissiveStrength, rim, rimStrength }) highlights one prop, and scatter.setTint(source, id, nil) clears it. scatter.clearTints(source) clears every highlight on a source. A highlight changed every frame costs nothing extra, and a source with none costs nothing.

Effects

• A beam can bow: give its track a control point in the Particles tab, or call ps:setBeamControl(point), and the beam curves from its start to its end, pulled toward the point. With no point it stays straight.
• ps:setVolume(v), and volume in spawnEffect, scale the space an effect fills without changing its particles' size, number, speed or brightness: the same smoke can fill a room or a cup.

Nothing to do. Effects saved before this load and save unchanged.
