Foils

Foils are special shiny versions of a card. Every pack pull has a chance to be a foil — rarer foils are less common — and foil cards are worth more to dismantle or sell. Here's what each one looks like.

Glossy Rarity 1

A clean glossy sheen — a single bright glare that sweeps across the card.

Alternate arts

Some cards have more than one artwork. An alternate art is the same card — same effect, same stats, same deck limit — wearing a different picture. Each one is collected separately, pulls from packs on its own (rarer) odds, can come in any foil, and is worth more to dismantle or sell. Pick which one you duel with in the deckbuilder.

Anyone can submit new art for a card that's already in the game. If it's accepted it becomes a collectible printing and the first copy is yours.
